NEET in the last 30 days: what to do each week
The last month before NEET is about revision and exam practice, not new chapters. Here is a simple week-by-week plan.
Paper Predict Notes · 30 Dec 2025

In the last 30 days before NEET, the goal changes. You are no longer learning chapters; you are making what you know reliable under exam conditions.

Week 1: complete revision pass
- Biology: read NCERT for about four or five chapters a day, focusing on tables, examples and diagrams.
- Chemistry: revise Inorganic from NCERT and Organic reaction maps; do short Physical numerical sets.
- Physics: revise one formula sheet per chapter and solve a few PYQs each.
- Take one full mock at the end of the week.
Week 2: weak chapters
- Use your mock and error log to list your weakest chapters.
- Revise each from your notes and solve its PYQs again.
- Two full mocks this week, each followed by analysis.
Week 3: exam rhythm
- A full mock every second day, at the same time as the real exam.
- On the days between, revise the topics behind your mistakes.
- Keep a short daily NCERT Biology reading.
Final week
- One or two last mocks early in the week.
- Revise only recaps, formula sheets, tables and diagrams.
- No new material in the last three days.
- Sleep seven to eight hours. Check your admit card and centre details.
Revise this faster: NEET PCB Complete Notes — handwritten, colour-coded notes with points often asked, PYQs and tricks in every chapter.
What to avoid
- Starting new books or courses.
- Taking a mock on the day before the exam.
- Studying late into the night.
The short version
Week 1: a complete revision pass. Week 2: weak chapters. Week 3: mocks every other day. Final week: recaps, rest and no new material.
