How to revise every JEE formula without forgetting
Formulas fade quickly without revision. This method keeps every JEE formula ready with a few minutes a day.

JEE needs hundreds of formulas across Physics, Chemistry and Maths. Most students learn them once and then forget a large share within weeks. A simple routine prevents this.

Make one sheet per chapter
Each sheet should list every formula with:
- What each symbol means.
- Units.
- The conditions where it applies.
Derive once
For formulas that can be derived quickly, derive them once. Understanding where a formula comes from makes it far harder to forget.
Ten minutes a day
Each day, read two or three formula sheets. Cover the formulas and try to write them from the chapter headings. Rotate through all sheets every two weeks.
Link formulas to questions
After revising a sheet, solve three or four PYQs that use those formulas. Using a formula fixes it better than reading it.
Revise this faster: JEE PCM Complete Notes — handwritten, colour-coded notes with points often asked, PYQs and tricks in every chapter.
Final month
Read every formula sheet once a week, and keep a short list of the formulas you forget most often to read daily.
The short version
Keep one formula sheet per chapter with symbols, units and conditions. Derive what you can, review sheets for ten minutes daily, and use each formula in PYQs.
