Your download email usually arrives within a minute or two of payment. If you cannot find it, go through these steps in order.
1. Check Spam and Promotions
Many email apps, especially Gmail, move order emails into the Spam or Promotions tab. Search your mailbox for "Paper Predict Notes". If you find the email there, mark it as Not spam so future emails reach your inbox.
2. Wait a couple of minutes
Occasionally emails take a little longer. Refresh your inbox after two or three minutes.
3. Check the email address
Look at your confirmation page or payment receipt. If the email address has a typo, use Wrong email? Fix it on the confirmation page, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the correct email.
4. Resend the link
Use Resend link on the confirmation page, or go to Re-download my notes on the website and enter your email and order ID. A fresh email is sent with new links.
Revise this faster: NEET PCB Complete Notes — handwritten, colour-coded notes with points often asked, PYQs and tricks in every chapter.
5. Message us on WhatsApp
If none of the above works, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will help you get your notes.
If the link has expired
Each link works for 7 days and allows 3 downloads. If it has expired or you have used all downloads, use Re-download my notes or message us on WhatsApp.
