Map and cartoon questions

Map questions usually ask you to identify countries or states from a marked map. Practise with blank maps of the regions covered. For cartoons, identify the event or leader shown and explain the message in two or three lines.

Answer structure

  • Begin with a one-line definition or context.
  • Write points with short headings.
  • Add one example or event for each point.
  • Match the number of points to the marks.

PYQs

Political Science PYQs repeat themes often. Solve them chapter-wise and compare with the marking scheme to learn the expected points.
