Yes. No honest prediction system covers every question in an exam. Knowing the limits helps you use predictions well.

Why no prediction is 100%
- Exams test the whole syllabus. Setters deliberately include some less common topics.
- New angles appear every year. A familiar concept can be tested in an unfamiliar way.
- Some exams vary more. JEE Main, with several sessions and problem-based questions, is harder to predict than NEET.
Paper Predict's reported accuracy shows this: 80% for NEET 2025 and 2026, 70% for CBSE Class 12 2026, 65% for CUET 2026 and 55% for JEE Main 2026.

What misses look like
- A question from a lower-scored part of the syllabus.
- A predicted concept tested in a very different format.
- A new type of question the exam has not used before.
How to protect yourself
- Cover the full syllabus once. Predictions decide priority, not scope.
- Master high-probability questions completely, including variations.
- Read lower-scored topics at least once.
- Keep doing PYQs and mocks.

The short version
Predictions can miss, because exams test the whole syllabus and change their angles. Use predictions to set priorities, cover the full syllabus once, and keep practising with PYQs and mocks.
